50 Amp Power

Your campsite comes equipped with metered 50 Amp power, allowing you to enjoy modern conveniences while immersing yourself in the beauty of nature. Utility costs are the responsibility of the camper, offering flexibility and control over your consumption.

300 Gallon Septic Tank

Enjoy the convenience of a 300-gallon septic tank, ensuring optimal sanitation disposal throughout your stay. Camper-operated septic tank maintenance ensures a clean and enjoyable environment. Septic tank suck-out costs are the responsibility of the camper.

Potable Water Line

Access to fresh, potable water is included in your lease fee, providing a seamless and essential aspect of lakeside living.

How do I get a seasonal campsite?

Click the Inquire Today button and submit a form inquiry. Our team will reach out as soon as possible, to answer your questions and assist you with your inquiry. Alternatively, you can also text or call 1-639-388-7399 and a member of our team will get back to you as quickly as possible.

What is the duration of the lease?

We provide 2 options to each lease:

3 Year Lease to $11,250 + GST
5 year lease to $3,750 / year + GST

What are your payment terms?

Payment for your lease is 100% upfront and you can not move onto the site without your payment being received in full.

Is this location pet friendly?

Yes, but all pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Cleaning up after your pets is a standard requirement.

Can I store my camper all winter?

Yes, winter storage is included in your lease fee.

Is there a boat launch?

Yes, it is located right beside our seasonal campground and is owned / operated by G&S Marina Outfitters.

Can I store my boat in the water?

Please contact G&S Marina Outfitters for a boat slip in their marina. There will be no boat storage in front of our location.

Is there Wifi Available?

There is great cell phone service, we do not have any wifi packages currently available on site. At some point in the future, this may become a consideration.

Can I have visitors?

Yes, of course. Visitors are your responsibility to ensure that they meet or exceed the rules and policies of the resort.

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours are 11pm to 9am.

Are there laundry facilities?

Coin Operated Laundry facilities are coming in the Phase 1 washroom building.

Are there organized activities within the campground?

We are establishing a social committee in year 1, who will be assisting in organizing and running events within the campground. There will also be recycling drop off locations within the campground, whereby recycling is donated to the social committee to assist in bringing in entertainment.

How far is the nearest grocery store or convenience store?

There is a convenience store at the boat launch / marina site, located just a couple minute walk from our location.

Can I use a generator?

No, absolutely not. There is no generators allowed.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is no cancellation policy. If you have prepaid your season of lease fees and decide to move out, you forfeit your lease payments.
