Here’s how it works

First Priority for 3-year Lump Sum Leases

Those opting for a 3-year lump sum lease (at $11,250 + GST) will enjoy first dibs on 25% of the sites in each phase. This exclusive offer rewards commitment and guarantees your choice of location.

Second priority for 5-Year Leases

Following the 3-year lump sum leases, the next priority goes to those selecting 5-year leases ($3,750 / year + GST). This option provides flexibility while still ensuring you’re among the first to secure your slice of paradise.

Lease Costs

OPTION #1:

3-Year Lease Agreement

$11,250 + GST upfront (No additional lease fees for 3 years)
Utilities paid on a monthly or quarterly basis to campground operator
First pick of site selection, as ranked on waitlist
A limited amount available per phase

OPTION #2:

5-Year Lease Agreement with Annual Payments

$3,750 / year + GST
Utilities paid on a monthly or quarterly basis to campground operator
Campsites will be given out based on your waitlist position. Applicants on the waitlist will list their preferred campsites in order. We'll use the waitlist order to best match applicants with their preferred sites, depending on availability.
